The Least Of These is more than a bakery, we are a home with a mission, to provide a safe home for women who desire freedom from addiction through relationship with Jesus Christ. Our bakery is an opportunity to impart new skills and workforce experience to women who have made the decision to follow Jesus and leave their past where it belongs, behind them. Having experienced the freedom that comes when we accepted Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, we are excited to see the Lord accomplish miraculous things in the lives of the women he entrusts us with here at The Least Of These. Here, every pie and sweet treat is prepared from scratch with love, made just for you!

• Apple Rhubarb Pie — $10.45/each. Delivery Only. A much lesser known combination, but it will not disappoint! If you love Strawberry Rhubarb, or if you don't, this pie is mind-blowing, taste bud delighting! This pie is mostly Apple, with a rhubarb bonus tucked in modestly, but the flavor is anything but modest! If you are in the mood for a new obsession, this is a great option! Maybe you have special guests joining you that have an adventurous palate, this pie will be talked about long after the guests leave!
• Blackberry Pie — $11.00/each. Delivery Only. We take plump, antioxidant and fiber packed blackberries, gently bring them to a simmer, blessing them with sugar and thickener. After our made from scratch filling cools, we layer it into a freshly, hand prepared crust. This crust is sealed and brushed with a light egg wash, topped with a sprinkling of sugar and baked just to the point of blackberry filling beginning to burst out the top of a golden flaky crust.
• Blueberry Pie — $9.35/each. Delivery Only. First, we take beautiful, antioxidant rich blueberry's and bring them to a delightful simmer, adding sugar and thicken to the ideal consistency, before pouring this rich filling into a carefully prepared crust, sealing the goodness in by hand crimping the crust. Topping with a light egg wash and a sprinkle of sugar and then baked to precision, pulling the pie out of the oven just as the filling begins to bubble onto the golden baked crust. For your enjoyment!
• Buckeyes — $9.90/each. Delivery Only. The classic, the famous candy treat shaped to look like the poisonous Buckeye Tree Nut! These Buckeyes are hand rolled and dipped in just the right amount of chocolate to offer a balanced candy that hits the spot! You will recieve 8 of these beautiful candies, share them, or pop them in the freezer for a sweet tooth satisfier that will not disappoint!
• Peach Pie — $10.45/each. Delivery Only. We take fresh, ripe peaches, peel and slice them by hand, amend them with some sugar and cornstarch to thicken the natural juices from the peaches, cooked into a flavorful filling. The carefully developed filling is then layered into a freshly prepared crust, lightly egg washed with a sprinkle of sugar dusting the top. Baked to perfection and cooled completely before being carefully packaged to be sent home, to you!
• Peanut Butter Fudge — $7.70/each. Delivery Only. A half a pound of melt in your mouth peanut butter fudge. Even the marshmallow fluff is made from scratch to offer the best flavor and best ingredients we have to offer!
• Rhubarb Pie — $9.35/each. Delivery Only. Tangy Rhubarb, diced and cooked until soft, marinated in sugar and cinnamon, thickened to just the right consistency, ladled into a pie crust that has been freshly prepared, topped with a top crust, gently egg washed and sprinkled with sugar, baked until the whole house smells delicious.
• Strawberry Rhubarb Pie — $10.45/each. Delivery Only. You either love it, or you do not! Strawberry-Rhubarb is considered by many as a perfect pairing of sweet and tart, brought together to bring a tangy, delightfully sweet finish to any meal! We combine equal measures of diced rhubarb and pureed ripe strawberries, mingled with sugar and thickened to create a wonderfully built filling. This filling is poured into a freshly made crust, sealed with a top crust that gets egg washed and sprinkled with sugar. Baked until the flavor tries to burst out of the top crust, cooled completely before packaged neatly for its trip home, to your dinner table!
• Tart Cherry Pie — $10.45/head. Delivery Only. Blazing Red-Tart Cherries simmered with sugar and thickened to a smooth, satisfying, stunning filling. The filling is packed neatly to fill the handmade crust, sealed in with a top crust that is egg-washed with a dash of sugar to finish, popped into the oven where it is baked just to the point of perfection! Enjoy!
• Trinity Pie — $12.65/each. Delivery Only. One of our most popular pies, and for good reason! Equal parts of Blackberry, Blueberry and Red Raspberry are slowly combined and simmered together to bring a complex depth of rich flavor! This filling, paired with our delicious handmade pie crust is only improved by adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
• 6-Inch Mixed Fruit Pie — Starting at $10.45. Delivery Only. Every part of our pies is made from scratch, from the flaky crust to the delicious fruit filling, baked to perfection for your enjoyment. Please specify if you prefer butter instead of vegetable shortening for the crust.
