Shipping Policy
Ohio Delivery Only
We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within Ohio
- Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking provided
- Perishable items are carefully packed with appropriate cooling
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather or carrier delays
- Signature may be required for high-value orders
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Report Issues Quickly
Report issues within 12 hours of delivery
Include photos for damaged/spoiled items
- Perishables: No returns due to food safety; refunds/replacements case-by-case
- Non-perishables: Returns accepted within 7 days if unopened
Cancellation Policy
- ✓ Cancel anytime before shipping label creation
- ✗ Cannot cancel once shipped to carrier
- ↻ Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days
